Those memories stirred my fascination and led me to discover who they truly were, beyond the impressions they had left in my mind. This collection is the outcome of my exploration into their real lives, an attempt to uncover the unseen realities behind their familiar faces and to shed light on lives that often remain hidden in the darkest and most unknown corners of human existence. Sometimes, some of their memories would return to the corridor of my silence, smiling, speaking to me, and revealing the stories they had never told me in life. Their forgotten words awakened my imagination and opened doors to lives I had never truly known. To my surprise, I discovered that each of them carried an extraordinary burden of memory, choice, and consequence. Again and again, I found myself wondering whether anyone can ever truly escape the consequences of what they have done, what they have forgotten, or what they have failed to do.
