For many years, I longed to write, yet the words never came. About three years ago, I began channeling my emotions onto paper. Encouraged by friends, I was inspired to present these poems as a book. Written in simple Hindi with a touch of Urdu, these pieces reflect the modern style of contemporary songs, addressing both men and women equally. The moon, an eternal muse, has always captivated me. In many of my poems, it serves as a silent witness, a friend, and a confidant. The title, Tere Baad Teri Yaad, runs like a thread through these verses, capturing the memories of a cherished person—the shared moments, habits, and conversations—woven delicately into words.
